Variety Bash SA - Car 222:  The Precocious Penguins
The Year of the Rat was welcomed in by a full house at House
of Chow in February, in support of Car 222.  Such is the
reputation of this event, 6 visitors from Britain attended and
they were not disappointed.

A highlight of the auction was a 10 kg block of Cadbury's
chocolate, which was keenly sought after, and the private
home accommodation overlooking Lake Como in Italy was
the piece-de resistance.

Of course, the dragon dance has to be seen to be believed.
The athleticism of these dancers and what they do in such a
small space is simply amazing and fascinating.  No matter
how many times you see this dance, you still want to see
more.

A big thank you to Roz and David Chow, our superb
auctioneer, Peter Curtis and our sponsors.
So popular is this event, it sold out in 10 days!  Held at House of Chow, the
atmosphere was lively, the food sensational, as one would expect from this
award winning Chinese restaurant and the Chinese Dragon Dance exciting.
