MOVIE PREMIERE
HARRY POTTER & THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE

Be one of the first muggles in the universe to experience the 6th
film in the Harry Potter Chronicles and at the same time, support
Variety, the Children's Charity.

It's school holidays, so take the kids, grandkids, or your 'big kid
mates' to one of our sessions (12.30pm or 8.00pm), at the
Chelsea Cinema, on Wednesday 15th July.

Chinese New Year, Year of the Ox

There is no doubt about it, when we stage an event, everyone
seems to have a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoy themselves
and our Chinese New Year dinner was no exception.

With the bushfires raging in Victoria, everyone needed
some-thing else to think about and it was great to herald in the
new Chinese Year of the Ox.

Of course House of Chow put on a sensational meal,
commencing with the fabulous entree of Chinese New Year
Salad. Each ingredient represents different fortunes, such as
good luck, good health, happiness etc. and everyone at the table
mixes the dish to bring the good fortune to all. The dragon
dancers delighted us with their unbelievable display of skill,
strength and those beautiful eyes and expressions of the dragon
had to be seen to be believed.

We wish everyone a year of good fortune.

Wow, what a night. Everything was
perfect: the weather, the food, the
location and most of all the tennis.

Our seating was in perfect position
and we were thoroughly entertained
with the final matches of this event.

With excellent tennis from the old
and new pros, we also had a lot
of laughs, especially from Henri Leconte and wild card,
Mansour Bahrami, whose profession perhaps should be a
comedian. This was not just tennis, it was pure
entertainment.
